When AuxilPartner was founded in 2012, Dirk Schlarmann and Dr. Holmer Glietz could already rely on many years of experience as consultants in reorganization and restructuring projects for medium-sized producing companies. Today, with Axel Nordsieck and Jan Duisberg, AuxilPartner consists of four partners, who, together with a team of 30 people, are at your disposal to provide competent advice on reorganization and restructuring.

AuxilPartner was established as a result of our founders' desire to provide companies with more than just theoretical concepts in PowerPoint and slide form. We offer you and your company lasting, implementable concepts for increasing revenue and accompany you in all phases of restructuring. We actively assume responsibility for the binding implementation of the developed measures and stand by you and your company as well as all relevant stakeholders as a trusted partner throughout the entire restructuring period. The preservation of German medium-sized businesses is our passion - emotional, strong in implementation, and competent.  

ABOUT US

AuxilPartner focuses on German medium-sized producing companies. We prepare structured company analyses for these companies and draw up tailor-made, holistic concepts for increasing earnings and restructuring by IDW S6 standards - always taking into account the current highest court decisions of the German Federal Court ofJustice. We support you in upcoming structural changes during phases of restructuring and when implementing developed concepts - depending on your requirements, either by providing support and guidance or by taking on interim management mandates.

We especially support family-owned companies in the organization of their business succession and advise them regarding holistic succession concepts and, if necessary, by taking on interim management mandates in the critical areas of CEO, CRO, CFO, and COO. We also assist you in raising equity and debt capital within the framework of structured (re-)financing or to secure expansion plans. We establish contacts with potential financiers from the banking and private equity sectors, accompany the financing process and thus support the management and stakeholders in finding solutions.

DR. HOLMER GLIETZ

In the past 15 years of my professional career, I have been able to advise a large number of companies in Germany - from medium-sized hidden champions to DAX companies. My passion is the strong support of medium-sized companies in the various phases of restructuring to guide them back on the growth path. During my work as an interim manager (CRO, CFO), I was responsible for both the creation of concepts (reorganization reports according to IDW S6, planning plausibility checks, liquidity planning, Independent Business Review IBR, etc.) and the successful implementation of these concepts and the transfer of the companies into the subsequent growth phase.

My career began with my initial vocational training as a bank clerk. This was followed by my graduation in economics at the University of Bonn, which I completed with honors. I followed this with a doctorate at WHU and the Wharton School of Business. Today, I am still actively involved in research projects on restructuring and crisis management.

DIRK SCHLARMANN

Before I changed to restructuring consultancy, I worked for the Toyota Formula 1 Team until 2007, where I was responsible for the coordination of the production of carbon fiber composite vehicle parts. Subsequently, I worked for several years in a well-known German restructuring consultancy (international) as a project manager for the creation and active implementation of restructuring concepts in the automotive, mechanical engineering and plant construction sectors. In addition to the development of business and performance management concepts, I have since then taken on numerous operational interim and management mandates as CRO (also in the executive body) and actively supported managing directors and stakeholders in regaining the profitability of their companies.

I vouch for the consistent and passionate implementation of advanced concepts, fight at your side for your success and support you professionally in the restructuring of financing solutions and the joint management with your stakeholders.

As a trained industrial engineer, I combine technical understanding with business analysis to understand your company as a whole and develop the right solutions. In doing so, I can rely on my several years of leading project experience in the conceptual design and implementation of turnaround projects.
